How to use the Trade In Service
Trading in your old product couldn't be easier and can be done either online or by phone.
To Trade In online
- Simply select the product that you'd like to buy from our shop and click on 'Buy now'.
- Enter your delivery details and credit or debit card information.
- You receive your new product within 3 working days and email confirmation of your order.
- You then send us your old product in the pre-paid envelope we send with your order.
To Trade In by phone
- Simply call us on 0845 8621695 with the details of your product to trade in and the new product you wish to buy.
- We answer any of your questions and take your credit or debit card details.
- You receive your new product within 3 working days and email confirmation of your order.
- You then send us your old product in the pre-paid envelope we send with your order.
